The work
Port drayage out of Los Angeles and Long Beach — container pulls, deliveries into the basin and the Inland Empire, and empty returns. Local and regional work, home most nights.
Fifty-three foot dry van, regional across Southern California and interstate lanes out of the basin, on palletized no-touch freight.
Port work requires a TWIC card. If you do not have one yet and you are otherwise qualified, say so — the process takes weeks rather than days and it is worth starting now.
How we treat the seat
This company is run by people who have spent their careers in freight and know what the seat actually asks of you. Equipment is maintained before it fails, dispatch answers the phone, and nobody here will send you into a situation they would not drive themselves.
The LFS AOS system works in your favor here. It tracks medical card and CDL expiry, testing program status and inspection intervals so nothing lapses without somebody catching it first. That is deliberately not surveillance — it is there so you are never the one holding a violation that a calendar reminder should have prevented.
